The parent fills out enrollment link
with their child's information. The clinic texts asking for confirmation code. Then parents can schedule appointments.
Once it expires
the parents will be sent a email/text to see if they would like to continue services with our clinic. If not their information will be sent to the parents to give to their next provider.
