Meet The Doctor
I am Dr. Christina Casas, a board-certified pediatrician practicing as a general pediatrician for the past 6-7 years. I graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia PA in 2010. I was commissioned in the US Army throughout medical school, residency and as a practicing pediatrician until 2019. I trained for 3 years (2010-2013) in a pediatric residency at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio TX. From there I aspired to be a Child Neurologist and spent 2 years (2013-2015) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. However, I realized my true calling was in general pediatric care. During this time I became a new mother and I was truly able to empathize with my parents. I completed the rest of my active duty service at Fort Irwin in the Mojave Desert of Southern California (2015-2019). After that I spent some time in a private practice clinic in the Antelope Valley (2019-2022). While I loved my patients I was so discouraged that my capacity to help them was limited by their insurance coverage. So, I started researching Direct Primary Care. Now I have never been happier spending time getting to know my families and providing the care I always thought I would when I first aspired to be a physician.
With me, you can be sure you get the best health care possible, emphasizing the whole mind and body with good preventative care.
